Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

• Returned items must be in unused and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• To be eligible for a full refund, a video recording of the product unpacking process must be provided. This video should clearly show the product being removed from the packaging and any damage that may have occurred during shipping.

Items that are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items that have been used or damaged
• Items that are missing tags or packaging
• Items purchased on sale or clearance (with the exception of: If the discounted item arrives defective or damaged, please refer to the Discounted products section below)

Discounted Products

If any or all of the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned, the following will apply:

• Coupon Code/Offer: The coupon code or offer will no longer be applicable to the order. This means the discount or benefit associated with the coupon/offer will not be reflected in the final refund amount.
• Free Offer Products: If the returned product(s) were part of a free offer, such as "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" or "Buy 1 Get 1 Free," all products related to the offer must be returned. This is because they were purchased as part of a bundled discount.

Important Note: A full refund will only be issued for discounted items if the returned item meets all other eligibility criteria mentioned above, including providing a video recording of the unpacking process.

Undelivered Orders:

We will investigate the issue and issue a full refund for the purchase price and any shipping costs incurred, or we can resend the order at no additional cost to you.

Cancelled Orders:  

You can cancel your order at any point before it ships. If you cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price.
