Returns & Refunds
At UniKubs, we know how excited little adventurers get about their new toys! That's why we work hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely .We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from UniKubs. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
- You can return your purchase within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Returned items must be in unused and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- To be eligible for a full refund, a video recording of the product unpacking process must be provided. This video should clearly show the product being removed from the packaging and any damage that may have occurred during shipping.
Items that are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been used or damaged
- Items that are missing tags or packaging
- Items purchased on sale or clearance (with the exception of: If the discounted item arrives defective or damaged, please refer to the Discounted products section below)
Discounted Products
If any or all of the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned, the following will apply:
- Coupon Code/Offer: The coupon code or offer will no longer be applicable to the order. This means the discount or benefit associated with the coupon/offer will not be reflected in the final refund amount.
- Free Offer Products: If the returned product(s) were part of a free offer, such as "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" or "Buy 1 Get 1 Free," all products related to the offer must be returned. This is because they were purchased as part of a bundled discount.
Important Note: A full refund will only be issued for discounted items if the returned item meets all other eligibility criteria mentioned above, including providing a video recording of the unpacking process.
Undelivered Orders:
If your order is marked as undelivered by the shipping carrier after a reasonable timeframe, please contact us immediately at +91 81300 39030 or unikubs@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and issue a full refund for the purchase price and any shipping costs incurred, or we can resend the order at no additional cost to you.
Cancelled Orders:
You can cancel your order at any point before it ships. If you cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price.
Mode of Refund
We strive to provide you with a refund method that is convenient and aligns with your original payment method. Here's how refunds are typically processed:
- Online Payments: Refunds for online purchases will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., credit card, debit card).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, we will typically issue a refund via store credit or voucher. However, in some cases, we may be able to offer a bank transfer depending on your location and specific situation. Please contact us for details.
- Cancellations: If you cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
